My Background

I have always been interested in art and photography, even while growing up in the small town of Lawn, near Hershey, Pennsylvania. In high school, I pursued my love of the arts by working as a scene painter for summer stock theater, painting murals, and designing promotional materials.

While attending York Academy of Arts to study design and photography, I supported myself working as a

photographer for Kinderphoto and Olan Mills, and also won first place in special effects photography in my senior student exhibition.

My Now

After working over thirty years as a graphic designer, I have rekindled my love of photography. The beauty in every subject needs to be recorded so that it can be enjoyed by all. With the fast-paced world in which we live today, I strongly feel that photography is our only chance to preserve a “moment in time”. I feel blessed to be able to share my inspiration and these wonderful time-stopping moments with others.
